Victoria bursts into life on Canada Day. And as the Victoria Pride Festival runs from July 1 to 8, the city will be rocking! 2. Vancouver

3. North Vancouver
The Canada Day parade in North Vancouver is a sight to behold. Last year’s parade – the celebrate Canada 150 – was the biggest ever, attracting some 40,000 spectators along the route. Before you hit this year’s parade, make your way along to Grand Boulevard to enjoy the Lions Club pancake breakfast. There will also be a barbecue after the parade at the North Vancouver Royal Canadian Legion.

4. Nanaimo
